We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible! Because I (Arielle) am our creative team, shipping department, and website manager all in one, and a full time law student, orders may occasionally require longer processing times. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get your beautiful art and jewelry to you as quickly as possible!
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). If you need your order more urgently, please leave a note at checkout and we will try to get your order to you by your requested date.
We offer free shipping for orders of $50.00 or more within the United States. We ship all orders via USPS, and typical shipping times once domestic orders are dropped off at the post office range between 2-7 days.
We also ship worldwide! International shipping may take between 30-90 days, and will be assessed shipping rates at checkout.
Once your order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands, and we are no longer responsible for how or when you receive your package. We have no control over when your package will reach you at that point, so please reach out to your local post office if you do not receive your order within the normal shipping range. If your order arrives to you damaged or gets lost in the mail, please reach out to us via our contact information tab. If an order is returned to us, the sender, because of an improper shipping address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Because we are a tiny, handmade, one-person business, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate refund requests once an order is placed.
If your order arrives to you damaged, or your earrings break within 30 days of receipt from normal wear, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not able to accommodate replacement or refund requests for earrings that become flawed due to misuse, failure to adhere to the care instructions below, or normal wear-and-tear over time.
Thank you for your understanding and support of our small business!

While our polymer clay earrings are well-made and generally durable, they are not immune to damage or wear-and-tear. To keep your earrings in the best condition possible for as long as possible, we highly recommend following all of the below care instructions:
Clean earrings regularly by gently scrubbing the metal hooks/studs/hoops with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen-peroxide on a Q-tip or cotton swab, as you would other earrings. Clean clay charms with a baby-wipe or rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab. Make-up residue and facial oils should be easily removed with this process, and clay may also be quickly and gently run under cold water or rinsed with soapy water if needed. Try to keep the metal out of water, and dry promptly with a towel if exposed.
NEVER wear your earrings to sleep, swim, or bathe.
Store earrings in a cool, dry, dark place out of direct sunlight when not wearing. Do not leave earrings in the heat.
PLEASE NOTE: earrings with resin coatings may yellow if exposed to prolonged sunlight, so do NOT store earrings in a place where the sun may directly hit them.
Do not keep earrings in a purse, backpack, or drawer with other items piled on top of them. Earrings are delicate and should not be crushed.
Your earrings are designed to survive normal drops and bumps, but please try not to excessively hit them against anything or crush them, as excessive force may cause damages.
Do not bend or pull on the earrings or their components.
If metal components on the earrings start to tarnish, gently rub with the accompanying cleaning cloth we send complimentary in every order. If this does not work and discoloration becomes apparent, you may rub ketchup on the metal parts and then clean with rubbing alcohol afterwards.
PLEASE NOTE that damage that occurs to earrings due to failure to adhere to these care instructions, or normal wear-and-tear over time, will NOT entitle you to a refund or replacement. Thank you for your understanding.

All of our earrings are made from hypo-allergenic stainless steel. Please note that all of our stud earring posts are adhered using UV resin, tried and tested for the strongest hold, which may be sensitive on some skin despite being fully cured.
If your ears are extra sensitive and require sterling silver or 14K gold-filled hooks or posts, please send us a message immediately after purchase and we will switch out the hooks for an additional $3.50 charge. Not all styles may be eligible for substitutions if we do not have comparable options in sterling silver or 14K gold.
Additionally, if you are interested in a pair of earrings but do not have pierced ears, please send us a message immediately after checkout requesting a change to clip-on findings. We may be able to accommodate substitutions to clip-ons for an additional $2.00; however, some pairs of earrings may be ineligible for this substitution based on the complexities of the design.
Please note that because orders may be fulfilled soon after checkout, it is imperative that if you need a substitution in the metal components, you message us immediately after purchase. Thank you!

No! Our earrings are super lightweight and comfortable to rock all day long! Our earrings are made from polymer clay, and once baked most pairs are lighter than or slightly heavier than a quarter! Compared with many store-bought or fully metal earrings, even our largest pairs are often described by customers as lightweight and surprisingly painless for all day wear!
